We perform as a string duo, string trio, and string quartet in the Richmond metropolitan and surrounding areas for wedding ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, and private gatherings.

The Richmond, Va String Quartet, Trio and Duo is a group of professional, experienced, and dependable musicians. They specialize in weddings, corporate events, private dinners, and more. Our experience allows us to work individually with each client to ensure the success of our performance and of the event as a whole.
We play over 150 wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions each year. This means we have mastered the skills of timing, flexibility, and performance and we accomodate for a variety of wedding traditions and song requests. Our vast repertoire ranges from classical and traditional pieces to pop and jazz. If you don't see your favorite song listed in our repertoire, please request it and we will do our best to learn it for your event.

Hi Radhi, I am writing to let you what an amazing addition you and your string quartet were to the wedding. I only wish I could have been more appreciative on Sunday and that I could have talked with you at length, but alas, I was quite caught up in my wedding. When I first heard you playing I was getting ready in the bridal quarters and, while I am proud to say that I did not cry at all during my wedding, I almost became a faucet when I first heard you play! It was so beautiful! When I heard you play the very first notes, it was like my wedding was starting at that very moment and the whole day was brought to life. It was at that moment that it all began, as all my bridesmaids and flower girls prepared for the processional and scampered around the room to the lovely music that you played. All of my guests have repeated the sentiments to me that you added a beautiful touch to the event. I will recommend you for future weddings or any lovely event where your playing would be appropriate. You are a very talented man for having put together such an amazing group, but even more importantly, you espouse a love and happiness that transcends your music. The extra effort that you made to specialize the songs was more than many others would have done for me! The String Poets Trio that performed at our wedding reception was exceptional. They were extremely professional, incredibly talented and not only met but exceeded our expectations. Although I didn't even have time to speak to any of the performers on the day of. My family and friends that dealt with them thought very highly of them. The music was perfect for the ceremony and Radhi Santos was very accommodating via email when I was working two jobs before the wedding and had little time to go over things.
